Services

Liu Tiexin provides software development services, including web application development, backend and API development, internal business tools, automation scripts, data workflow support, deployment support, maintenance, and technical documentation. Each paid engagement must be described in a written scope that identifies deliverables, price, expected delivery timeline, and acceptance criteria.

Payment and delivery

Payment terms are confirmed before work begins. Software deliverables may include source code, configuration files, deployment instructions, test notes, documentation, pull requests, shared documents, or another agreed online workspace.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, lawful source materials, timely feedback, test credentials when needed, and access to any systems, repositories, APIs, or files needed for delivery.

Acceptable use and legal restrictions

We do not knowingly provide services that facilitate fraud, malware, unauthorized access, evasion of legal requirements, sanctions violations, or other unlawful activity. Services are not available where prohibited by applicable law or export restrictions.

Promotions

Promotional offers, if any, will include their own written terms, expiration dates, eligibility limits, and pricing conditions. If no promotion terms are published, no promotion is currently offered.

Limitation

Services are provided according to the agreed written scope. We are not responsible for business losses, indirect damages, or third-party service interruptions except where required by law.
