Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital services only

Liu Tiexin provides software development services and online deliverables. We do not sell or ship physical goods. Return shipping and physical product returns are therefore not applicable.

Cancellations

A client may cancel a service request by emailing printersecretary@gmail.com. If work has not started, the client may receive a full refund. If work has started, any refund is limited to the undelivered portion of the agreed software development scope.

Refunds

Refund requests must be sent within 14 calendar days after delivery. We review refund requests based on the written scope, delivered work, and any documented issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.

Disputes

If a client believes a charge or deliverable is incorrect, they should contact support before opening a payment dispute. We will review the issue, request any needed information, and respond with a proposed resolution.

Non-refundable items

Completed custom software work that matches the agreed written scope is generally not refundable. Fees paid to third-party platforms, hosting providers, API providers, or other vendors may be non-refundable if they are outside our control.
